Project Overview
Home24 is Europe's largest online destination for home furniture and decor. And currently is active in 8 countries in Europe and Latin America.Home24 users visit Home24 from their mobile more and more over time devices.
in this project we looked at the product details page on the native app (iOS, Android), to figure out what the ideal mobile experience would be like and how we could reshape the "product details page" design due to unclear information architecture and poor page hierarchy.
Tools: Balsamiq , Sketch App , Invisionapp
The product details page can be fairly complex when a customer wants to configure a product with many variations or find a specific information related to the product such as (product details , reviews..etc) quickly without spending so much time on the page.

The Research & Brainstorming process included:
• Collect Data from different resources such as google analytics.
• Conduct User interviews to extract information from users for usability understanding and ideation.
• Define customer pain points.
• Benchmark many examples from different apps.
Research & Brainstorming
Redesign Approach:
• Focus on the right information in the right place (remove/hide unnecessary information).
• Enhance the product details page structure.
• Guide the user by using icons that identify each section of the product details page.
• Enhance the Product details page interaction design.
Wireframes & Design
After several iteration and user testing sessions, I've execution the final design and hand over the design for developers to run an A/B test for both iOS & Android platforms.
